While we do not aim to take the place of your Primary Care Provider, we are able to provide treatment regimens and short term medication refills in between your regularly scheduled appointments.

Service Area

Services are currently available to patients located in New York State only, at the time of consultation.

 

In-home visits will be offered in Kingston, NY and neighboring towns, primarily for established patients, and are subject to availability.

Payments

EliteCare MD is a self-pay, cash-pay practice.
 

We do not accept or bill medical insurance. Payment is due at the time of booking. ​A receipt can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement through your HSA, FSA, or insurance provider. All payments are final.

A face-to-face visit without leaving home. Video consultations allow Dr. Hidalgo to see and assess you more thoroughly for a more complete evaluation.
